The game keeps your last 3 backups: one each hour you play and one at the start of each park day. Restoring one replaces your current park (your current park is backed up first).
Export saves your whole park as a .json file. Use it to move to another device, keep your own copy, or send it to the developer if something breaks.
Send by email opens your own email app with this message ready. Nothing is sent until you press send there. Your email address will be visible to the developer. See the privacy notice.
Effective date: 3 October 2026. This notice explains what personal information Project Eden processes, why, and your rights under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
The responsible party and Information Officer is Sapphorion, Gqeberha, South Africa. Contact: sapphorion@gmail.com
| Information | Required? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Director name (any name or nickname you choose) | Yes, to create a profile | Shows on your profile and end-of-run report |
| Profile picture: a built-in icon, or a photo you choose to upload (shrunk to 128 × 128 px) | Optional. Icons are the default | Shows on your profile |
| Game progress, saved parks, up to 3 automatic backups, career statistics and settings | Needed to save and continue | Lets you continue where you left off and recover a damaged save |
| Feedback you choose to send, and the game details you choose to include | Optional | Helps improve the game |
The game does not ask for your email, phone number, location, age, contacts or payment details. It has no adverts, no analytics and no tracking, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
If you send feedback, it goes from your own email app to Sapphorion, so your email address is visible. You choose whether to include game details (park day, rating, phase, browser and screen size). Feedback is used only to improve the game and deleted when no longer needed. Park files you export stay wherever you save them, and are only seen by Sapphorion if you choose to send one.
Loading the game connects your browser to GitHub (hosting), Anthropic / claude.ai (the Claude link and its storage), Google Fonts (fonts) and cdnjs / Cloudflare (the three.js library). They receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type under their own privacy policies. Their servers are outside South Africa. This transfer is necessary to deliver the game, and these providers apply their own data-protection safeguards.
Your information is used only to run the features you ask for: your profile, saving and continuing your park, and your career record. The basis is your consent, given when you create a profile, and the need to provide the service you asked for (POPIA section 11(1)(a) and (b)). You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your data below.
Until you delete it. Edit your name or picture in Profile, delete one director with Profile → Delete profile, or delete everything with the button below. Clearing your browser's site data also removes the copies on your device.
If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to read this notice and agree before you create a profile. Use a built-in icon instead of a photo. Never upload a photo of a child without a parent's or guardian's permission.
Saves on claude.ai are private to your account. Anyone using the same browser on the same device can see the profiles stored there, so delete your profile if you share a device.
Under POPIA you may ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. You can do most of this yourself in the game. For anything else, email sapphorion@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za through its eServices portal.
If this notice changes, the effective date above will change and the game will show the new version.
Removes every director profile, saved park and setting on this device, and the copies on your Claude account if you are playing on Claude. This cannot be undone.

You have an island, a budget and a genetics lab. Lay roads, fence paddocks, run power and raise your park rating to unlock bigger attractions, from aviaries to a Mosasaurus lagoon.
Time is yours to command: pause to plan, or run the park at 1×, 2× or 4× speed. A park day passes in about 20 minutes at 1×, with day and night, and the park keeps earning while you are away. Advance through four eras, from Research Outpost to Global Icon, and upgrade your buildings as you go. Keep an eye on system strain in the control room. Monte Ceniza smokes quietly in the background.
On a phone: drag with one finger to pan or build, pinch to zoom, twist two fingers to rotate, tap a building for its info. Turn your phone sideways for the best view.
Pick one perk. The island keeps waiting while you choose.
